After nearly 50 years of the Fundus Photograph Reading Center, we have renamed this institution the Wisconsin Reading Center to better reflect our increased range of imaging modalities and points to growth in areas such as artificial intelligence and deep learning.

There’s hope that both cell and gene therapies can be used to delay or reverse the effects of blinding disorders and other visual impairments.
